Floki Inu’s logo will be on Napoli’s stadium & jersey

Floki Inu has a sponsorship agreement with one of Italy’s biggest football clubs. Because of the sponsorship agreement with Floki Inu, S.S.C. Napoli will wear the logo on their match jerseys. The Floki Inu logo will also appear with LED signs in their stadium.

Floki Inu (Floki) is inspired by the pet dog of Elon Musk. The team behind the FLOKI token has signed a sponsorship agreement with one of Italy’s biggest football clubs. Napoli is currently ranked first in the Serie A (best Italian competition).

For the remainder of the season, Napoli will wear a Floki Inu logo on their match jerseys and the logo will be placed with LED signs in the stadium. The Floki logo is a Shiba Inu dog with a viking helmet.

Jay Cassano, CEO of Cointelegraph, said that he was excited to see the club getting more involved with the industry. Cassano emphasized the importance of crypto partnerships in professional sports. According to Cassano partnerships with professional sports is a path to mainstream adoption.

Cassano stated: “We’re seeing crypto companies and projects target sports wherever they can, from the NBA to European football leagues. Presumably, this is in search of wider adoption. Leagues like Serie A and La Liga have been much more permissive toward crypto sponsorships than, for example, the NFL.”

The team behind Floki Inu added Napoli to their list of partners in the football industry. Other partners are Cádiz, a club in Spain’s La Liga, and the Kerala Blasters from the Indian Super League. Napoli has not disclosed how much they earned with the Floki Inu partnership. The Italian club also hasn’t disclosed whether the sponsorship agreement is a multi- or single year sponsorship deal. In the announcement, the Floki Inu team also noted that this sponsorship deal was a part of their ambitions to be the most popular and most used cryptocurrency in the world.
